Had the opportunity to briefly meet him while he was promoting his beer. He was so kind, especially to my son. He seemed like a great guy.

I “met” him at a 24 Hour Fitness in Memphis circa 2006. He said he was sitting around the hotel bored trying to decide if he should workout or grab a case of beer.

Ironically, Hogan was not well-liked by his peers for industry shenanigans, with many former wrestlers trashing him in interviews over the years, but a number of black wrestlers came forward after the N Bomb incident to say he's not racist. Stevie Ray of the Harlem Heat called him "the blackest white guy I ever met."

He did believe that if someone died in a car crash with Nick Hogan, it’s not Nick’s fault and the victim probably had it coming.
My take from his public stuff over the years is that Terry was not a great guy. He was a human. Hulk Hogan was awesome, but he’s not hulkster.
His Joe Rogan interview was really good if you can find it and have the time.

In 2007 he was caught on hidden video saying he did not want his daughter dating black folks and using the magic word. No black folks that regularly use the magic word caused any pearl clutching. It is either magic or not. It cannot be only part-time magic.

Would be cool if Hulk set up a final work and had a few buddies cut some real promos on him after his death. Maybe have them show up and wreck shop at his funeral, light the casket on fire or some shite.

When Brooke was dating a brother, Hulk was recorded on the phone talking to someone about it in which he said the following:
