90 Crescent Dr, PALO ALTO, CA 94301

4500 sqft of living space spread across two levels isn't bad, I guess

Looking at the plans, I don't believe you can get a car in there.

I visited different parts of California and many republican districts. It’s a beautiful state. I could live in certain parts with zero problems. LA and San Francisco never.

People in that area should be adding onto their houses before they sell. Every $1 spent on adding rooms returns $1,000.

So 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath with an office?

Yikes.

Nevermind: OP only posted one floor. Looks like 4 bedrooms plus additional bonus rooms.

Honestly, that house is pretty sweet, even if it looks like a business/office more than a home. But $11 million is hilarious.

Exactly.

Beautiful state, great beaches; it is easily Top Five.

A lot of homes of that age across the country only have 1 car garages. It was the norm. $11m is due to the location obviously.

You can probably get a parking garage built next to a house on acreage in Iowa for $11m.

Why is the irrigation hub in the middle of the front yard right next to the walkway to the front door? WTF?!?!?! If you have to put it there (and I can imagine why you would) at least put some landscaping around it.

It may hold two bikes and a lawnmower if you're lucky.

I think a fire pole would have been better, or at least more fun.

I guess Master Bedroom/Bathroom is not PC enough.

It looks like an egress window surround for a basement window.

Good luck with getting the approval needed for that.
