I assume they had to downsize due to lack of sales.

My gf wants to go, but Sunday night and its outside, pass.

I assumed this also but it's odd that they would downsize for that AND add a big name though.

They moved their South Carolina show too. From Spartanburg Fairgrounds to Simpsonville’s amphitheater. Those two venues are an hour away.

Never seen a show at Champion's square. Is this an upgrade or downgrade from the River park?

Some people are concerned because Champions Square is downtown concrete with minimal wind rather than grass by the River. It’ll be a warm one

that was a concern- seems like a lot less breeze between the buildings

They've played some weird venues in New Orleans metro.

Have previously played at Mardi Gras World and a random show at Zephyr field in Metairie.

Pretty sure that just as they were starting to get popular they played in Nola on a train car near the river. I still kick myself for missing this show.
For this next show it’s going to be miserable hot. I can’t understand how people think putting on an outdoor show this time of the year is a good idea.

Anyone see anything different?

You can still watch Big Easy Express streaming somewhere. It was on Prime a long time. Great concert film.

Heard from a LiveNation employee here it will kick off at 7ish…. So 7:30 is a good bet.

Lainey Wilson a guest, not an opener.
