Everyone knew it and Jake Tapper and his buddies covered it up. Then he wrote a best selling book about the media’s failure to uncover Biden’s cognitive spiral. It’s brilliant really

Why didn't the Dr just tell them it was Joe's speech impediment and we shouldn't criticize Joe over a stutter.

I thought I heard that if he refused to answer, he could be cited for contempt of Congress? No biggie I presume, as Eric Holder, Obama's Director of the IRS, refused to answer a Congressional inquiry, & was cited for contempt, and nothing happened.
