He's a minimum contract 15th guy on the roster. He has extremely limited upside considering his lack of size, defense and ball handling.

I'd get rid of them in this order potential and salary wise:
1. Hawk
2. Jose
3. Reeves
4. Matkovic
Hawk/ Jose could still be traded. I get the sentiment on replacing Reeves but not until you get rid of Jose/ Hawk first. Feel like something is cooking.
If we dropped Karlo for some washed vet I'd be pissed.
Karlo averaged almost 8pts/ 5reb in 18min a game last season and got better with minutes. And he's our 1 big guy who can shoot.

When did everyone sour on Jose? Is it a salary thing? Also, Exum isn’t shite. Player to player / salary reasons aside I’d keep Jose.

Has nothing to do with being sour on Jose. I love Jose and respect his game. But he isn't going to make or break a team and he's 27 y/o. At some point you start looking at younger higher potential options. Again he's 27 y/o and you have 19/20 y/o every year that's better than him. Not a knock on him at all just the truth.
We can't keep him here until he's 40 y/o because he's Jose. It does nothing for the Pels as a business or team.
People seem to freak out talking about a Jose exit like he is Jrue or CP3. I love the guy but its weird as a fan who wants to see our team continue to improve.

I want to see what Karlo can do he is very young. I would like to keep Jose. But if he gets moved it won't be a big loss.

Good, he sucks. Empty stat guy on a team that was trying to lose by 30. That's all he was good for. Also, was a bit of a beta acting weirdo. Hopefully Zion is gone next.
