I pretty much run the one exiting my neighborhood every day. It has a long cycle and has no reason to exist. Pretty much everyone that lives by us does the same thing - treat it like a four way stop.

I got one by my house I run every Saturday AM. On my way to my run group at 530AM. It’s always red and takes forever to change. I stop for 3.50 seconds before running it.
