My buddy is a urologist and he says a shocking amount of what are normal old men in their 70s come in for penis pumps.
And these dudes aren’t married to women half their age….. according to him

We had a built in excuse around 50-60 to stop giving it to the old lady. But these god damned scientists had to create viagra and now it's a life sentence.

Not sure if that ever happens, but you do at some point stop being so reactive "hot chicks" and stop seeing every woman as a potential ..

My FIL is 83 and he had a penis pump put in twice. Developed infection twice in his blood stream which literally affected his eyesight. ?? pump removed for good I think but don’t really care to know.
