Thought about putting it on the food or even Poli board but this seems more appropriate to the OT.

One of his first moves was refreshing the menu with new items such as lobster pappardelle pasta and bacon-wrapped scallops. The 36-year-old also brought back fan favorites including hush puppies and popcorn shrimp, while keeping the staple biscuits. Other moves have involved launching TV ads, beefing up the chain’s social media presence and partnering with sports teams such as those in Ice Cube’s 3-on-3 basketball league.

Their use of frozen seafood imported from out of the country makes it a 100% no go for me.

I think the CEO understand the demos that enjoy the restaurant thought with the cheap drinks, boil bags and such.

Under an owner whose main business was being Asian supplier Red Lobster had shifted to Asia a while back. I didn’t remember China being that country.

EDIT: That was the Thai Union Group, but now I see owner listed as RL Investor Holdings after a bankruptcy restructuring.

It's a pity the dude's first name is "Damola", maybe he's got this shite figured out.

Good luck to him. Time will tell.

(Red Lobster ain't me, but I don't live in Des Moines either)

Apparently like 90% of Charleston's "local" shrimp was found to be foreign caught... I don't think many people stopped eating the shrimp.

Prawn Fraud is widespread.

I thought I put it in my post. Their use of frozen seafood imported from out of the country makes it a 100% no go for me.

I think the CEO understand the demos that enjoy the restaurant thought with the cheap drinks, boil bags and such.

I’ll go back and add it into my post.

I think he is implying red lobster is about to become trashy, unlike the classy family establishment it has been for years.

You should probably stay away from Walk Ons as well. The menu says they use imported shrimp and crawfish.

A top priority for Adamolekun is remodeling the chain’s 545 restaurants so they’re “energetic, vibrant, inviting, warm.” He expects renovation costs to be about $500,000 or more for each location and said the process could take four to five years.

Better not have any “endless” promotions.

This is TCW Private Credit, Blue Torch and Fortress Investment Group trying to quickly flip and take public what they bought in bankruptcy proceedings.

What do you think they were using before this in fact what do you think any chain restaurant uses in their seafood dishes?
