Was there ever a time you had road rage and acted on it?

Many moons ago..

My tennis racket quickly folded to the handgun pointed my way.

Sometimes I flip people off. Not a good idea in BR but I only do it to whites.

I had a guy block my car in with his truck on a major road way here in Florida. He got out to rush my driver's side door. He smartly went back to his truck when he saw my pistol. He was about four feet from my door and I was 100% going to smoke him

Car full of guys almost hit me doing 30 as Ik stopped in traffic on perkins. I yelled a few choice words. Windows were down.

I end up in front of them about 30 seconds later. Three dudes jump out and leave the driver. I hopped out with a machete in one hand and my other rested on a gun on the seat.

Black dude looks up, sees me, busts out laughing and says "look at this white boy wilding out"

And then they proceed across traffic to the grocery store. Turns out they were just as pissed as the driver as I was.

Hit me with a "My bad!" And got back in the vehicle.


That was nearly 20 years ago and I still shake my head every time I pass that spot in the road.

Good deal, but you gotta think about the candyasses that would say "maybe he was just gonna yell at you".

Plus, cops aren't your friends.

He grabs the door, case closed.

Was “wilding out” a phrase in use 20 years ago?

When I was much younger, I had some lady almost hit me pulling out of a driveway. I honked, she stopped, blocking the road and refused to move. I was super mad, got out and spluttered several insults at once, which came out roughly like "I will frick your mother!" The lady looked at me for a second and then started laughing and drove off.

Not me, but I saw an old black dude with a navy hat on hop out of his truck, and walk to the window of the girl in front of him, mind you this is at a red light on the feeder, and proceeds to berate her for being on her phone and not paying attention around her. Guess she cut him off or something. I laughed my arse off.

I hit college drove from perkins once and had to stop right in front of where this Mexican man was trying to exit. It was a sudden stop and the a-hole got mad at me and he was yelling out of his window so I rolled mine down at the passenger side and started yelling.. the normal bullshite "frick you eat a dick" but when I called him a taco eating mother fricker that did it. He got out of his truck and then the traffic started moving..Ever since then I try to do better with my emotional intelligence.
