Reading the "No Kings" check in thread, a common comment made was that the attendance was dominated by white people. The videos I've seen are mostly white middle age to aging people. No foreign flags, no disruption of public activities, a simple old time protest. Lots of the standard "Hey Hey, Ho Ho, blah blah blah has got to go.
My question....Why the white majority? I was going to say "White only", but I'm sure there must have been some other group. Why the older age, Karen, Blue hair types the majority. Old men in lawn chairs with signs up and heads down as if they'd rather be fishing. Soy boys I can understand in hopes of sniffing the undefeated.
Who is sponsoring this, and why this particular marketing to this demographic? Even with the Minnesota assassination, there couldn't have been that much air let out of the balloon. Why would these people invest their energy?
What's up with this lame shite?

Most of the people burning down the black areas of Minneapolis and destroying the lives of the black communities there in protest of somehow black lives matter were white people.

Minorities not liking certain laws or policies is predictable and played out. But if you can get a bunch of weak minded, guilt ridden Caucasians to join the cause then it TRULY must be honorable.

Even dumb young black activists are not emotionally invested. They too have probably come to resent illegals. That leaves only whites and Mexicans of various status to join the march.

I went out to exhibit the zoo earlier, the freaks didnt disappoint. One white woman who looked to be in her 60s had palestinian and US mini flags pinned in her hair with a mexican flag on her back. Lot of masks, keffiyehs, and hair dye

Basically, a lot of people who need deporting

It’s a protest astroturfed by centrist liberal interests. That’s the bread and butter of lib leaning suburban and urban whites.

Are you trying to say that in some way the illegals issue has something to do with No Kings? Just asking for what's the connection with illegals and No Kings?

Saw a massive one in a probably 75% black area near Atlanta around midday. The group was large (maybe 2,000 to 3,000); probably 90% of those present were white.

Here in Southwest Washington it is far and away white women over 60, next is white men over 60 and then a bunch of younger white women. Surprisingly, given the region, very few youngish/middle aged men of any kind. It’s definitely peaceful. Just people who likely have a lot of time on their hands to be on social media (Facebook with this crowd) most days getting themselves riled up. Basically a pep rally for seniors.

Because middle aged white people want to relive their youth with the protests. I’m thankful that my parents and older friends are not the purple haired freaks. They all have the same look. There are a few young kids there but they are just there to witness it and possibly cause trouble. This protest probably is the largest funded protest in history and it’s still a minority. The majority of America stands with the right and most appreciate Trump and the current state of America. I do think Covid and the BLM summer of love exposed this funded nonsense.

The older whites want to show their virtue and I believe most minorities can see through it. These people would never do anything to help people who actually need it. I think virtue signaling is a sign of low IQ and they are easily manipulated.

white people are 70% of the population. this is an immigration protest, that doesnt affect Black people as much as it does Hispanics (and alot of Hispanics support the deportations) .

not really a ton of majority black or ethnic political protest in this country outside of Civil Rights era or the Million man marches . and the police brutality adn Black Lives Matter protests but even those had alot of white people.

That's not the intent of the protest

I'm sure there are some people tagging along on that issue but that wasn't the central issue of the protests according to the no kings website

Thank you for your response, truly. Now I ask one step further, why or for what? Is this just a anti-Trump protest? I'm beginning to think that is all this is, and a beginning of the 2026 campaign.

I was in the Army, I’m for a parade to celebrate its 250th. Being worried that Trump is trying to become a dictator for life is such a white, comfortable liberal thing to be worried about because it isn’t a real problem. At least the people protesting deporting are protesting something happening to people. Regardless of if you agree with them, at least their grievance is real.

I think the central point is anything retarded, so the immigration nonsense qualifies.

I saw some online footage of the protest in Little Rock. No Blacks or Hispanics, No one that looks like they've ever worked out. No good looking females at all. Most the guys are either 60plus or younger ones appear super nerdy and gay. I bet there's a bunch of Nintendo gamers out there

I went to drive by the one in Ruston. There were about 100-120 white people and 3 college age black girls. The local paper zeroed in on the 3 black girls for their pic in the paper I guess to make it seem more diverse.

Don’t worry. A lot of these hippy hold overs from the 60’s will die off in the coming years.

Not to be mean, but what an ignorant question. MSM and Dens say that Trump is trying to act like a king. Hence the name no kings protest and the date of his birthday and the military parade in honor of the army's 250 birthday that happens to be the same day as his birthday.
