Not only that they purposely weakened their borders to encourage the attack and put an international festival there at the same time. We already knew they knew about it since they were warned by intel from several countries. What is becoming more obvious is they encouraged it with their actions to make sure it occurred.

They did have an idea about it. They all knew it was going to happen and didnt stop it. Even MSM reported that.
