If he supplied a prescription medication without a license then he absolutely deserves to be ruined. Especially if the alleged medication he provided caused the death of Skaggs. Now if Miley can prove that he did nothing of the sort then the defamation suit will be epic. But if he is connected he deserves what he gets.

The George Costanza of the Angels took the fall. He worked in PR on Angels road trips.
Turns out the pills were fakes, and contained Fentanyl. He was sentenced to 20 years in prison.

Duped. He thought he had obtained Percocets. He thought he was giving Skaggs legitimate prescription pills.

Gotcha. I did some reading, and Skaggs does admit that he was taking drugs from Miley. It seems that he would know it was heavy stuff.
I don’t know. This just reeks of the parents refusal to admit that their kid was hooked on bad shite and drinking to excess while using. It’s sad what happened, but Skaggs did this to himself.

I am around the same age as Skaggs high school and college OxyContin, precs or Xanax were everywhere
I don’t doubt that it was very commonly used in professional locker rooms. Even a minor football injury , I had a doctor give me 90 Percs in high school
By 2019, the lawsuits on Perdue pharm were out and that dried up and all the fake pressed shite was going around.
