Squat? 1.5x BW?
Deadlift? 1.75-2x BW?
OHP: 0.75x BW?

Every male?

Bench: 135
Squat: 185
DL: 225
OHP: 95

That’s minimum standards for every adult male.

Those look about right for novice approaching intermediate lifters if you go by strengthlevel’s standards.

Depends on age and how long you've been lifting, bro.

Bench: 235
Squat: 400

I don’t deadlift or OHP so don’t have much of an opinion

I'm in between intermediate and advanced on all the ones I do. Don't do just bench but I'm sure it would be the same range.

46 yo (47 in 19 days), 5'5" (yes I'm short ), 165 lbs

Current 1 RM based on lifts not estimates

Squat: 300
Front Squat: 235
Deadlift: 370
OHP: 150

You think every male should be able to squat 400?

I’m advanced on all lifts if going by the chart linked above

It's great getting older, you just get an auto promotion up the charts

According to the link, I am an advanced lifter for the overall male, and nearly elite for my age.

The average adult male weight is 199lbs now, so using that and let us say an average male should be a novice

Bench - 185
Squat - 250
Deadlift - 290
OHP - 120

is this 1 rep max ? id say that would seem right for "average".

I can rep out a bench press five times in a row of 225 but can only 1RM at 320 on squat.

I can probably bench more than I can squat and deadlift

Depends on what average male means. The numbers would be wildly different based on height weight and training experience. Also body type and different strengths, my bench and squat are much better than my deadlift and ohp. I think that the percentages of body weight from earlier in the thread are a solid goal that pretty much anyone can accomplish.
