Folks, it is time to move on and forget this misunderstanding. Let all parties involved to be allowed to return to their normal lives of being upstanding and productive citizens of this great country of ours. And, let he . . . or she . . . who is without sin cast the first stone.

Reading the details, and it’s evident there’s a lot of small town justice sand politicking going on behind the scenes. Both judges should be embarrassed they didn’t recuse themselves.

One judge is a distant cousin of her ex-husband, goes hunting with him, and is also his insurance agent. The other judge is also presiding over the child custody case between mayor and her ex.

Both judges have been in direct contact with the ex-husband concerning both the child custody case and the mayor’s sex case.

The entire town is probably on the husband’s side, it’s no surprise the judges are as well. However, that’s even more of a reason to recuse themselves.
