Per the snowden leaks. So if the NSA didn't really delete them like they said then whoever controlled those drones likely now has all your data.
So if it's really China or any foreign actor they have you and your porn collection.

The datacenter required to store this information on every American would outsize any current datacenter. And if it's fronted as a non datacenter, the power bill alone would be a big ole red flag that something isn't right there.

London Bridge in Lake Havasu City, Arizona
For a small city out in the middle of nowhere Lake Havasu City seems kind of interesting. McCulloch chainsaw guy bought the old bridge from London.
