What are some underrated restaurants on the Miss Gulf Coast?

Headed there next weekend for the holiday my family and looking forward to eating some seafood, steak, Italian and Asian. Trying to avoid the Casino buffets and greasy seafood joints. I assume there are lots of South La folks and Miss gents that know the ropes.
TIA
TIA

“Blondie” & I really enjoy Bacchus on the Beach in Pass Christian. Has an outdoor bar, or indoor bar/dining room. Really good fried oysters, if you partake…

Staying at an AirBnB in Long Beach.
Thanks for all the suggestions folks. I will research some of these and hopefully more suggestions and let you know how they turn out.

Steak:
At the casinos I like Mignon’s at the Palace and Morton’s at Golden Nugget.
The Ruth’s Chris at Hard Rock and Carter Green’s at the Island View are good too.
I was very underwhelmed by BR Prime at the Beau Rivage.
For non-casino steak places, Whiskey Prime in Pass Christian is very good.
Fields (next to Mary Mahoney’s) is recommended by a lot of people. I’ve only been once, about a year ago. Ordered a medium-rare ribeye. It came bloody and inedible (too raw to cur with a steak knife). Sent it back and it returned charred and almost well done. Possibly went on a bad night, but havent been back and won’t recommend.

I really like the pizza at Brooklyn Pizzeria in Gulfport. 20 inch pie is less than $20 and they do a really good job with it.

I’m partial to Government Street Grocery in Ocean Springs. It’s a better version of Chelsea’s Cafe. And I like Chelsea’s

I love Long Beach Market and Deli. Taco Sombrero is a great fast food Mexican joint.

Spouse and I enjoyed our brunch at Radish in LB during a recent visit, thanks to a tip from the F&D board. The bacon was OUTSTANDING (they purchase direct from the person who raised the meat, and cut it themselves as I understood our waitress) and my eggs were the best restaurant eggs I can recall ever having. Enjoy your visit!

Been there several times on this boards recs and everything we had was great. Pineapple Cream Cheese Turnover, Blueberry Muffins, Turtle Cheesecake, Bahn Mi's. One thing to note is there is no indoor dining, its to-go only now. Just get a Bahn Mi, ride up to the beach and park and do a little picnic lunch.

Travel a little further to GT'S On The Bay in Orange Beach. They have the best hamburger that you will ever eat!
"GT'S Burger A gourmet blend of Certified Angus Beef® ground chuck, short rib and brisket, blackened and served with shaved tasso ham, smoked Gouda cheese and grilled onions on a toasted sourdough bun."
