Is about Zelenski making an appearance and calling out Putin for not showing and then he and the Europeans will convince Americs to ratched up.the sanctions and continue support for Ukraine.
Zelenski has never advanced a single realistic peace proposal. He hasn't even assembled a real negotiating team.
Trump is simply delaying war with the Neocons who atr prepared to work with the democrats to threaten impeachment after the midterms.
Ultimate, peace in Ukraine only comes after Trump decides to take out Graham, Wicker and that group.
They simply want him to return to Bidens policy in Ukraine. They want us to believe that the new sanctions will mean victory if we just keep on giving and killing.
Does he take the easy way out? Or does he declare war on the neocons and potentially derail his momentum?
America has cancer. Can we please cut it out?

I've said it a hundred time on here. It's well past times that we simply wash our hands on this matter. Neither side is interested in making any concession for legitimate peace and there's very, very little reason for America to have involvement at this point. I'm not interested in buying their peace with American taxpayer blood nor money.

The answer in both instances is no.
So Russia will continue to grind Ukraine down, gradually take more land, and eventually the situation for Ukraine will be bad enough that its reps will return to peacetalks, with or without Zelensky. War sucks. Its outcome is rarely fair for the losing party. Ukraine is the loser here seven ways to Sunday.
The thought that those facts are seen by anyone as "excuses for Putin" is absurd.

i think the west is trying to talk putin into a ceasefire so that they can rush in a bunch of nato troops to keep russia from taking more land. putin sees through that. if ukraine isn't careful, russia will take odessa and cut ukraine off from the black sea.
