Here comes the fairweather trolls in the thread, make sure to give them an actual Texas greeting.

Series W against the Royals and a split of the season series. Cocksuck still can't hit and is getting closer to sub .200 in the 4 hole. Will Espada do everyone a favor and move him down or has FODB rubbed off so much on this guy that we just have to let him work through it while checking the back of his baseball card?

Arlington. Home away from home. Can't wait for the Rangers broadcasters to lose their shite as usual.

I like this reference

And that pic should remind us all that Jon Singleton would have more production and add a LH bat in the lineup compared to the abyss presently at 1B

Should we even talk about a Peña extension? This is a Peña I want to extend. Hell i wanted to extend him previously even if he capped out at what he was. His floor seems to be a .260s hitting gold glove short stop with 10-20 HR 20+ doubles, 15-20SB plus hes a leader on the field. Seems worth keeping around.

He's got 2 seasons remaining after this. He'll be a free agent right after he turns 30. Extend him a couple seasons? After hes scheduled to reach FA we only have 1 season of Yed and Hader committed and 2 seasons of Altuve.

I’d love to extend him, Paredes and Hunter. I imagine Hunter might be tough right now, but the other two I think you could find a reasonable 5-6 year deal.

I didn’t hear it firsthand but read that Kalas let it slip last night that Wesbaw is likely out for the season confirming what the DAT has known since he was first pushed back from a start.

Perdomo got 4/45 extension in February. He and JP have similar service time and JP is two years older

Dk if that’s a fair comp or not to what it would cost to extend JP

One of our local media guys was pitching the idea of an extension. Ill see if I can find it in a bit but he comped Willy Adames deal. He dinged Peña some percentage performance metrics less and put that percentage less on Peña which came out to like 6/166 through his age 33 season. Idk is Pena worth that? This years version of him probably so

I don’t think he’s worth that, but I also don’t think the Perdomo deal would get it done. There’s a huge middle territory there. I’d sign Pena to a 5/110 mil extension for sure. As you said the floor for him is high with his elite SS defense, and he has shown numerous times he works his arse off in the winter.

Just saw a clip on Instagram of Eric hosmers podcast where he’s interviewing Dayton Moore (former KC GM)

Said in 2013 Luhnow called him offering Altuve for Hosmer

Typical Arlington fan, comes into an Astros fan to "drop nukes":

1. Post something that registers as, "! Not found".
2. Post hope that Astros fans go home mad from the game.

1. Your shite is busted.
2. We will be mad before, during, and after the game - regardless of win or lose over your Arlington club. Little bro makes no mind to us.
C. Kindly frick off, Dusty Baker style.

If you want to catch up on Astros baseball (and, a level of Astros fan happiness), please refer to the Sleepy Joe Game Theory flow-chart below.

I honestly thought you died and was reincarnated as that JerryTheKingBawler fella.

Enjoy the game. One of the most memorable BJ's I ever got was from lady serving drinks in a suite at a Hornets game.

So, get out there and make a memorable night for some dude, I guess.
