Let's see how the newly politically reformed Gavin Newsom reacts to this.

This is good. Then sue their asses off when they inevitably try to push it on kids that opt out.

The bigger news is that a judge ruled for common sense and parental rights! In California no less. I'm surprised there isn't marching on the streets over this.

"If overweight dress wearing degenerate men are not allowed to teach young people how to become degenerates without parental knowledge; then there might not be any future degenerates. This is unAmerican and cannot be allowed to stand."

First, given that this was just recently argued before the Supreme Court in the Montgomery County, Maryland case, I’m surprised that the court didn’t issue some sort of TRO and just wait for the decision of the Supreme Court.
Second, given that this is California, I’m guessing that the judge was paying close attention to the arguments and the Supreme Court Justice's leanings during oral arguments in the Montgomery County case.

This is not winning.
When you have to go all the way to a federal court to stop your tax dollars being spent to "teach the whole child" such nonsense. And we wonder why cali is scoring so shatty on test scores for the three "r"s.
