Seems like every store only has breaded.
Anyone have any luck?

Every grocery store I’ve ever been in has frozen grilled chicken breast and tenderloins

That's a signal you live near a lot of fatties. But yeah, HEB, Walmart, and Sams all have grilled chicken in one form or another.

Sams
Never seen them at Costco. I knew I should’ve gone Sam’s.

I thought Costco sells sliced breast from their rotisserie chickens. Just freeze that.

Costco has had the Tyson blacked chicken strips on sale for like 2 months. They have a nice spice to them. 110 calories, 20 protein

Costo and Publix have them

I get big ole bags of mesquite grilled chicken breasts from Sam's.

Yes, I bought a bag of grilled nuggets at Sam’s last weekend.

Sprouts does if you have one near you.

Checked the Sprouts and Costco in BR. They only have fried garbage.

They do but I thought Costco Rotisserie chickens were not as healthy as they could be. Quoting this from a website article:
quote:
Costco isn’t the only store selling rotisserie chicken, of course — and while their birds may be popular, they’re not the healthiest you can buy. Consumer Reports called out chickens from Costco and Sam's Club for excessively high sodium. Instead, they praised the birds from Kroger’s Simple Truth brand, which have just 40 milligrams of sodium per 3-ounce serving compared with Costco’s 460 milligrams per serving.

If you aren't morbidly obese, you should not care at all about sodium

I counted five different grilled nuggets/tenders that were pre-cooked at the local Sam's. 12 pre cooked, grilled, products, not including salads, quesadillas, or pet food at my local HEB. No fresh rotisserie chicken included in either count. 12 different grilled pre-cooked products in store at Walmart. Why is this so hard?

+1 for these. I get the Kirkland equivalent and eat a 4oz serving (~6 nuggets for my mid-afternoon snack when I'm in a calorie deficit. Great macros and with real chicken nugget texture (and none of the grilled nugget aftertaste).
