Does any grocery store sell grilled nuggets/tenders?

Every grocery store I’ve ever been in has frozen grilled chicken breast and tenderloins

That's a signal you live near a lot of fatties. But yeah, HEB, Walmart, and Sams all have grilled chicken in one form or another.

I thought Costco sells sliced breast from their rotisserie chickens. Just freeze that.

Costo and Publix have them

I get big ole bags of mesquite grilled chicken breasts from Sam's.

Sprouts does if you have one near you.

They do but I thought Costco Rotisserie chickens were not as healthy as they could be. Quoting this from a website article:

I counted five different grilled nuggets/tenders that were pre-cooked at the local Sam's. 12 pre cooked, grilled, products, not including salads, quesadillas, or pet food at my local HEB. No fresh rotisserie chicken included in either count. 12 different grilled pre-cooked products in store at Walmart. Why is this so hard?
