I'll give cliffs:
Scumbag LSU fan and tow truck owner was an a-hole with many eye witness account of general scumbag behavior.
One day he gets in an argument with his neighbor (most likely a continuation of many arguments) and sprays the neighbor with a hose.
The neighbors then shoots him and kills him. Neighbor was like 80 years old and said he didn't care about the consequences.
Now we can all agree that shooting someone over getting wet is an over reaction but Big Lee was a confrontational POS who played stupid games and won stupid prizes.

I've interacted with Big Lee a few times over the years, and I'm certain that the old man next door wasn't the only person who wanted to shoot him.

After the shooting, the alleged shooter was released on bond after about three months and due to (reportedly) COPD, his trial date was always postponed. (for four years until his death in '22).

Big Lee was an arse from what i've heard and the old man that lived next door to him had issues with his entire property being covered in LSU shite.
The day of the murder, Lee, hosed the man in his car as he was backing out. that guy got a gun and blast Lee in his front yard and I think he died on his front lawn. Crazy story.

It was cliffs. And this detail doesn't change the stpry all that much. Neighbor still kills him for being a constant pain in his arse.
