What’s the solution here?

They should have known the miscreants from the left would break every rule in the book to thwart non-communist/progressive/globalist agenda right?
Is there a contingency plan to execute that’s on hold for some unknown reason?
If great POTUS would just have his EO’s rubber stamped by the 5th circuit court before issuance it would stop all this jurisprudence.

My o2c

Once SCOTUS rules on a couple cases, the rest of the cases will dissappear. If SCOTUS doesn't rule correctly, Trump admin should simply ignore them.

But if you are going to sign one, you should be required to do it like Trump does with a public press conference and taking any and all questions from the press about it.

Love or hate Trump, it’s one of the most admirable things we’ve ever seen a president do.

That is correct. However, it takes executive orders to stop Executive orders, and to eliminate the waste fraud and abuse rampant in our government, which is encouraged by the bureaucratic state. When laws aren’t applied to crimes, then an executive order is the only way to effectively stop it.

I think better written EO would be a great start.

Like his first term....rushing in with poorly written orders derailed a lot of what he was trying.

I used the AEA as an example. He simply did not use the correct wording. We all agree that he is doing the right thing but the method and use of words is very important. It could be that the lawyers doing this are doing it on purpose or just not competent enough. Dont know that answer

You shouldn't. "Rule Correctly" should always mean "in the best interest of American Citizens"...

but the EOs are illegal because a judge says they are illegal and that proves it*

*but not when the parties are switched

One of my favorite things about this board (to be fair, this probably applies to both ends of the political spectrum) is whenever any decision goes against the God Emperor, that judge is "activist" and "doesn't follow the Constitution."

Stephen Miller thinks that if he talks shite on TV it makes up for his constant frickups in implementing policy.

Or dissolve SCOTUS as Jesse Kelly explains here:
