Usually it is obvious. There are a some close calls where you really have to ponder.

You dont get to see the videos of the good men and women putting the work in to be successful.

I kinda don't feel sorry for any company that hires these mentally ill people.
You have to know going in that one day they're going to start acting like they own the company and they built the empire so they get to make the rules.
Want to have a company with less drama, stay away from hiring freakin crazy people.
