You're supporting central planning and calling others "leftist,"

Govt has no business in interfering with two businesses completing a transaction. Unless you're a socialist

Can I sue to stop the collection of income taxes? I don’t like them.

They're probably right. It's just $36 TRILLION. No biggie.

Feigning a national emergency to set purely political policy goals that have nothing to do with the supposed emergency is something I'd like to see removed from the presidency's arsenal. We need to get back to something closer to the original construction of our country. Making an American emperor is not a solution to the gerrymandering and congressional rules outside the constitution such as but not limited to the filibuster creating legislative morass. We need to fix the legislature not create all the tools in the toolkit for the executive to be tyrant one day.

It's pretty obvious large public corporations; Wall Street and most government institutions all want Trump to fail. They love the status quo and will almost commit treason to keep his administration from succeeding.

Now we see why none wanted him in the White House.

The shame is, they've slowly sold our country out - to the point where crucial goods are no longer manufactured here, as pointed out during the pandemic.

And I hate them all.

MAGA.

That obviously won't stop an activist cherry-picked judge from issuing injunctions.

This will get appealed to the Supreme Court and will be another Trump loss. Blatantly unconstitutional.

It’s another reason he has to make deals quickly.

I'd like some more detail on what law they propose that Trump is breaking here.

There were only 5 companies:

VOS Selections, which imports and distributes small-production wines, spirits, and sakes; FishUSA in Pennsylvania, a retail and wholesale e-commerce business making and selling sportfishing tackle and related gear; Genova Pipe in Utah, which makes plastic pipe, conduit, and fittings for plumbing, irrigation, drainage, and electrical applications; MicroKits LLC in Virginia which makes educational electronic kits and musical instruments; and

So what are tarrifs, moron?

And, by having China lower tarrifs, isn't that getting the government LESS involved in their transactions?

Congress needs to pass a law that says if you lose these cases you pay the government’s costs and expenses. This is beyond retarded. The President can set whatever tariffs he wants.
