Let’s pump the brakes. It was a pitcher’s weekend.

The wind was blowing in, and the ball was tight.

I’m an analytical guy. We did what needed to be done and dominated in a terrible ball park.

Next week we’ll be on the plains where the temps should be a lot milder with a livelier ball. Sweat may be detrimental.

I hope JJ packs the Florida water.

Both teams played in the same conditions. At the end of the day, we swept a top 10 team on the road, and our pitching was lights out.

I didn’t have Shores doing this well, but the wind blowing in really helped. He did great IMO, just think we need a better answer for the third Starter. He may be the best we have though, and he really surprised me today..,

If you were truly analytical then you would realize the value of a three game sweep on the road. Also for some reason OU had to play in the same elements we did yet you insinuate that we had the advantage of the conditions...

15 runs in those conditions is pretty good.

Any other year and LSU would easily be the #1 team in SEC with their current record. This is a weird baseball season where it feels like you have to sweep every weekend.

Everybody needs to realize they haven't played many good baseball teams yet Texas and Dallas Baptist come to mind - Oklahoma is not a great team. Period.

Allowing 0 earned runs I literally cannot recall that ever happening at LSU.

They’re a top ten team on the road. How good they are we don’t know, but they are pretty unanimously thought of as a good team.

Don’t care if it’s a pitcher’s weekend, 35 Ks and 1 (or zero?) earned run in 3 games is worthy of praise and enthusiasm
