Per ESPN. I agree. This draft is QB weak! Wait until next year and see what we have in Rattler. Build the team for the next quarterback whoever that is.

I think there are some decent qbs that will be available in round 3 but i would not take any qb at 9

This isn’t the draft to take a QB

They are right. Still won’t matter. Teams will always overvalue QBs as they should. You aren’t winning shite without a QB so teams will continue taking their shot if they don’t have one.

The problem is that some teams are desperate and reach for a guy whose main talent is being able to receive a snap without fumbling.

I don’t disagree, but I do find it funny that we’ll all willing run with it when this is the same entertainment outlet that tries to force multiple QBs with 1st round grades every year

Rattler is absolute trash. Derek Carr IS our quarterback.

If Rattler sees the field this year, I’m out as a fan.

The hard part of all of this is how much not having a QB pushes your timelines back. If you don’t have a QB you don’t have anything. Wait a year? What if that QB doesn’t work out. Missing out on a good QB is much worse than any other position. Playing the numbers game it makes sense to keep taking one until you find one.

Can you explain why you are out on Rattler? Dude was playing with backups of backups out there. His OL was in shambles, and his WR core was practice squad level at best.

In all honesty, they are wrong all the time. Yes, they do hit some can't miss prospects, but I can drop a list of really bad takes by so called experts.

My fav to this day is Jimmy Clausen. Kiper said he'd retire of Clausen wasn't a star.

So there’s 0 quarterbacks that have a first round grade but you think taking one that would be 5th-7th rounders in other years in the 3rd this year? Sorry, if you aren’t taking one of the top 3 this year you don’t take any of these scrubs.

Derek Carr has missed at least 1 game in 4 out of 11 seasons. And that's not counting when he might have been being examined and missed plays.

I don't like your chances of remaining a fan if there is a strict interpretation. Do you want to expound on that bit more to hedge the bet a little?

Mel Kiper loves his sound bites and NFL player comparisons.

This one is timely:

Julio Jones Was Drafted 6th Overall In 2011

"Not Sure-Handed Enough To Trade Up For" According To Mel Kiper

And for the LSU fans:
quote:

JaMarcus Russell - Drafted 1st Overall In 2007

-Compared to John Elway in pre-draft evaluation

-Kiper claimed he could be an elite QB within three years

-Russell was out of the NFL after three seasons

Eagles just dominated the Chiefs with a QB who passed for under 3k/20 TDs. A strong run game and stout defense still can win championships.

Dart, Ward, and McCord are ABSOLUTELY better than Rattler RIGHT NOW.

Will Howard, Ewers, and Shough are more consistent.

These Rattler fanboys are fricking retarded
