Anyone got some good High School class reunion stories?

Just got an invite for my 15th year reunion. My 10th one didn't happen because of COVID. It got me thinking about some juicy stories from friends and family have told me about their interesting class reunions. One's like the most popular girl now being obese with 6 kids, the class valedictorian burnt out after college, that geeky kid from algebra becomes ripped/financially successful, etc.

Did my tenth and my 45th. Nothing real interesting. Some of the jocks were now smaller. Hot girls not as hot. A few talked with me that never did before. Crazy guy was still crazy. Everyone was very cordial but you could see the groups forming. Like someone else said it’s easy nowadays to check up on people

My class has never had a reunion. Our class president tried organizing one for the 10th anniversary, but she kept changing dates and venues, and barely communicated through the Facebook group she created for the event. People were rightly wondering wtf she was doing.
Out of a class of almost 800, I believe less than 30 people ended up RSVPing. She finally canceled the whole thing with a multi-paragraph rant on Facebook. She called everyone assholes, said she never wanted to see any of us again, and hoped our lives were miserable.

We've been having one about every 5 years and plan on having one this year.
Our school and classes were so small we combine the class year before and after mine too have enough for a nice get together.

I’ve been to a few and they all turned out better than I expected. A lot of the immature people (I mean, even for high school) managed to grow up and turn into nice, interesting people.

The missus and mine have always been the same day. Went to my 10th and her 20th. Didnt go to either 30th and we're likely not going to 40th either.

If you graduated during the 1980s you're going to attend your 40 year reunion. That's the equivalent of when you were in high school hearing about people who graduated in the 1940s attending their 40 year reunions.
