Canadian MP Charlie Angus: “We’re bringing U.S. tourism to its knees”

”What we’re picking up now is that the rest of the world is watching Canada and following our strategy, which is to just disengage economically. … If people aren’t buying products, if people aren’t traveling, if people aren’t willing to buy anything American right now, that’s hurting so many American businesses, who are basically collateral damage in Donald Trump and Marco Rubio, and JD Vance’s idiotic campaign to please the MAGA voters.”
Yeah, Charlie. The “rest of the world is watching Canada.”
Have Canadians always been this ridiculously obnoxious? I mean, how will America go on without Canadian tourists?

I’m going to let Charlie live out fantasy as long as he can.
Holy Jesus.

Couldn’t move last week from Sarasota to Ft Myers.
It was heavier than normal with snowbirds.
Didn’t even go my favorite restaurant on the pier because it was too insanely packed.

Yes.
The people are SOOOO nice, they allow filth like this to run their country.
They suck, they need to be punished.

We just never cared much about them to notice.
But now there is a pushing matching going on.... you see they are just a midget standing on our shoulders.
It's time to push them off and set them back on the ground where they belong.
Hey Canada. Instead of picking a fist fight and trade war....
How about you just cancel the tariffs you have on all of the American products for years?

Narrator: In fact no American businesses were hurt by this.

Canada is the only place where "milk bags" are underwhelming.

Tourism makes up a very small percentage of the US GDP. For many European countries, it is the opposite. For Canada, their GDP is centered around supplying the US with raw materials. Yes, it will hurt the US and people will lose their jobs. But who really loses out? The nation who might lose 5% of their economy, or the nations who stand to lose 20%+

I am thinking that Tattoo is pointing and saying "look boss the plane...the plane" as the new arrivals land on fantasy island.

Someone needs to let him know tourism works both ways. I've never been to Canada and it is on my bucket list however there are many many other places in the world also on my list I can go, first.
I think they'd need US tourist more than we need their tourist.

90 percent of Canadians live within 100 miles of the U.S. Border. It's basically just a United States suburb. It's barely a real country.
