Makes much more sense than my wife's plan.
My wife's plan involves me spending a weekend and $1000 to build a chicken coop so that she doesn't have to spend $7 a week on eggs.

I mean canned goods or soup aren’t much larger than eggs and cost at least twice as much as individual eggs and they have a much longer shelf life. Why stop at eggs, thief? Someone said poli board so is it a political statement

This was my plan as well. I may not be saving money but I’m enjoying my pets.

We have quail (since before egg prices skyrocketed). Quail eggs are really good, more rich than chicken eggs. If you enjoy taking care of animals and don't have a strict HOA id recommend them. Not hard to take care of not don't really make much noise.
