No artist should be charging $1,200 per ticket.

Who are you to say what another person charges for their services?
It will probably sell out, which means the price was correct.

He’s probably charging half of that, the rest are bullshite Ticketmaster fees I’m sure.

Two reasons for this:
1. Artists are greedy
2. Fans are dumbasses
If the fans would stop paying those prices, the artists wouldn't be able to charge as much. However, as long as idiots pay those prices, the artists will continue to charge more and more.

There’s plenty of seats left in Nashville

I won’t be in that number for Claps.

I didn't know he was still alive. He was boring when he was good. Why go see his geezer arse now?

I don't think Eric Clapton is worth $1200. He can charge what he wants but I'd never be that interested.

Saw him here. 2021?? Covid was going on.
Why floor? I paid probably 125 for a pair of tickets in Toyota center.
$1200 face value is ridiculous. The interwebz and bits and legal scalping are the reasons. What Ticketmaster started, ticket brokers said “hold my beer”.

$1200 to fall asleep. You're better off buying a more comfortable seat in the upper deck

The artists don't make money off record sales like they used to. Have to make it all on concerts

Maybe the most overrated guitar player of all time.

Have you been in a coma for 35 years?

Posted on 3/7/25 at 8:19 am to Arthur Bach
So he should sell tickets for $100 for floor seats only to have the scalpers buy them in bulk and then charge you for $1,200? Don't go.

Certainly in the discussion, but my vote is for Slash
