The 'non profit' which is based in SA and supposedly operated a 3000-bed migrant sheltering operation in western Texas was in track to get $216M this year.

It peaked in 2022 with $1.1B and began getting federal funding in 2020 after a former Biden transition team member joined the board.

Before that, the nonprofit had about $50M/yr in operating income per year.

Lock the Chairman of that non-profit up for a while. Wonder how much they were paying themselves out and how were they reporting their spending?

This is how they were paying off all the folks who helped them steal the 2020 election. Gotta give it to the democrats, they are slick and they play to win.

Why is Pam Bondi chasing a fake Epstein list instead of going after these crooks?

I saw someone say they weren't finding any fraud. . .

Elon said it best, the line between waste and fraud is a dark shade of grey. You can argue semantics all day long but the money is not going what it is designated for.

Well Bucko, ya might want to hold off on spendin any of that "savings" cuz old Elon might have zaggerated things a bit.

Mega-billionaire Elon Musk has posted a “wall of receipts” online that he claims shows how much money he has saved taxpayers with his cost-slashing “Department of Government Efficiency” operation. But it turns out that ledger is riddled with massive amounts of misinformation and inaccuracies that dramatically exaggerate — or, to put it less charitably, deceive — the public about how much money Musk’s “efficiency” initiative is saving.

Here's a link the article tho' I get readin ain't yer strong suit.

Do I think Elon's savings are 100% accurate? Probably not.

Do I think your MSN article is 100% accurate? Definitely not

You see, that's the best part for these greedy groomers.

They KNOW the vast majority of those that vote Democrat aren't paying taxes. Their domestic enemies (you), are paying for all of this. It is a win win for them.

Like I said, when I voted Dem, we hated YOU, but we loved to have our hands out to take your money while we insulted you every chance we got.

This groomer is just doing what he is trained to do.

You can’t lock up a guy for executing, and collecting revenues, on a legal contract. It is wasteful government spending, but is legal.

Really? An empty building is executing a supposed safe haven that is HOUSING migrants?

So he knows the building is empty, allocating funds for necessities for people that don't exist, he and his ilk are getting rich, but he's innocent?

Are you in the mafia?

That is not what the building or contract was for. Keep showing your ignorance, or you can read both sides of the story and learn something.

The contract was to maintain capability to handle overflow. It was supposed to remain empty until it was needed. As I wrote in my previous post, it is wasteful government spending, but it is not illegal - at least not based on what we know.

Thank goodness you are here to stand up for government corruption. You have no idea how much I appreciate you correcting my ignorance.

Oh, I understand all of this part, despite my ignorance.

The part that amazes me, as well as anyone else that pays taxes with my level of ignorance, is that you can operate an empty building with probably 1% of those billions. Being the ignorant guy that I am, if I were in charge, I would see quickly that this was too much and send some money back. This clearly isn't happening and they also do not know where the money is going.

That is blatant corruption.

Well, it is until you correct me again. I can't wait to be enlightened.
