For me, it's in a rather odd place. There is a basement bar at the Saenger Theatre that has the coolest bartender. She is in her 70's but damn sure don't act like it. I only see her 3 or 4 times a year but she remembers me and my drink every time.

A rough baw named Simon at the Hideaway Lounge in Bozeman.

I'm friends with nearly every bartender here so I can't count them.

The hot older (to a college kid, 24 was old) girl next door looking brunette on Thursday afternoons at Freds in the mid 80's.

Had no idea if she could even make ice cubes, but she was my favorite.

My favorite, when she was still working, was a wee Irish gal who worked at Finn McCool's on Banks St. in Mid-City.

That little dynamo could work that bar by herself even when getting slammed on dart league night, pool league night, trivia night, etc.

Not to mention when the soccer games were being played and televised when that place usually filled up, especially when the World Cup was being contested.

Now, the one that amazed me the most was a gal I met late one night after dart league play when a group of us stopped off at a bar on Chef Hwy. in the East. She was the niece of one of the guys I was with. She asked what I'd like to drink and I told her, she made it and after one drink we headed out.

Three weeks later I decided to stop in and get a drink and when I walked in the door she called my name and asked if I wanted the same as last time------------and she made it exactly the same. Hell of a memory on that gal.

I just hope her husband doesn't piss her off too many times because she'd never forget it----------EVER.

Theres a fine piece of arse that serves em at The World Famous Elbo Room, she will strip down to her thong bikini and take a dip in the Atlantic before clothing back and going to work.

She’s my favorite.

BMACs in NOLA.

Corner Bar in Natchez.

They always remember me, and I like that.

It’s not hard to be a good bartender, but not everyone can do it.
