I’ll second that. It was entertaining and well acted.

Also, liked the six 50-minute episode format. Long enough to tell the full story, but also didn’t drag it out.

Was really solid, all the way through.

Found myself hoping they would leave room for another season but maybe it’s good where it’s at.

While Deniro and his politics suck, I’m able to appreciate still what he is good at, and he is great in this like all else he does on stage.

Certainly recommend.

Just finished it tonight. I really enjoyed it. I thought is was well acted, the plot was solid, and the pacing was good, especially for a mini-series.

Got about halfway through ep 2 and was like “I have no idea what’s going on” so I went to something else. May pick it back up eventually

I kept imagining Trump calling Biden and asking him for help.

Finished ep 1 and thought it was too much for me.

Well filmed and acted but the big bad was telegraphed a mile away. Fairly predictable but a decent binge.

Currently watching.

The first half of Ep 2 was a bit slow and I almost gave up part way through. It picks back up with ep 3. Worth a binge.

Robert DeNiro being in it has kept me from watching this. Dude has become insufferable. So bad, in fact, I'm assuming, just because he is in it, the show has a political message with gays and trannies running around everywhere.

actually no...he's performance was very solid i sort of lost all his personal politcal nonsense...but you do have the obligatory black women in charge (POTUS)

It's not too bad. There are some obvious lame things the show does (they went hard after tucker carlson) and the short term president actually getting out of the way for a madame president.

Overall, it mostly stays out of the usual netflix norms.

It is hard not to scoff at Deniro the person playing this bipartisan unifier though.

He's too short to play a president too.

6 out of 10. Max.

I watched it all, it was good time filler.

But they couldn't have been more overt, lol...

One term president with potential cognitive issues, who stepped out of the way for FPOC president.
Right wing TV host that is actually a fraud
Billionaire owner of social media with arms into other companies
"redneck" protestors
Evil bad guy speaker of house. Billionaire bad guy. Russians implicated.

It's porn for lefties.

We're three episodes in, and enjoying it so far.

My gut feeling is that they expected Kamala to win, so the president is kind of an analogue of her, with Deniro as the wise elder statesman being Biden.

The Tucker Carlson/Alex Jones reporter is spot on.

Deniro's assistant looks like Matt Damon and Chris Pine had a kid together.

Y'all think they film these and just release them 6 months later?
