So what probably happened is that all government email addresses received these emails and Kash is going to do all of the downsizing himself. That's my assumption. I don't think for one second that every single person in this administration isn't aware of and in agreement with the plan. After all, it's not an individual plan, it's Trump's plan, he's the CEO.

Agreed. Their only game plan is to divide. It's always been their game plan. It's the only plan they really have. It's the very reason why loyalty is imperative in the Trump administration. They are a family with a common goal, they will not be deterred.
