At the end of the day, even if they gave the money back, it would all be moot because of this thing called inflation that occurs when you just hand everyone money.

She’s got to be a slow adult. The bar for congress is so fricking low. They should make mandatory IQ tests and that’s for both sides of the aisle.

Is that what happens with tax refunds

Tax refunds cause inflation?

Was that a not so veiled threat about pandemics?

Can’t. We’d be in a major recession if we did that. You can’t take half a trillion dollars out of circulation each year without triggering a recession. They would have to ease into it. If the amount saved is $500,000,000 each year, then give back $450,000,000 this year, $350,000,000 next year, etc.
