Does it feel like there’s zero buzz/hype for the Super Bowl this year?

Maybe it’s just my social circle. But even looking over the MSB, there’s hardly any posts about the game. Maybe a combination of world events, Chiefs fatigue, and the Luka trade all sucking the air out of the room for the NFL.

Anybody in here excited for the game at all? Other than the couple of KC fans that post.

Very meh matchup.

Bills-Lions would have been lit. Washington would have been great because of That Kid Jayden and a fan base that had to endure Damn Good Culture.

Trash fanbase with a guido douchebag coach versus Swift/Kelce/Mahomes hype machine.

No one likes either team other than their fans. Fighting Swifties vs Scumbags of Philly.

KC is also boring as hell to watch now. When they actually stretched the field when they had Tyreek and Kelce was in better shape at least they were exciting offensively. Not it’s dink and dunk 6 yards at a time

I know I don't care and don't even plan to watch the game.

For me, as an actual fan of sports, the super bowl just seems like more an entertainment spectacle and corporate schmuckfest than a true sporting competition. Maybe I'm just an aging white guy and everyone needs to get off my lawn but the super bowl sucks now in general

I feel like it's a foregone conclusion that the Chiefs will win to complete the 3peat, and that's something that will excite Chiefs fans, and that's it.
Personally, I really think Philadelphia can win this game, so I'm excited to see them pull it off.

I've only read people typing it, but what does being white have anything to do with it?

I’m an Eagles fan and I’m not even super pumped for it bc I know how it’s going to go. They will let them play all game, limited penalties until the final drive for KC and you will see flags flying all over the place.

I know it sounds like I’m being sour grapes but I’m just basing this off of every single KC game I’ve watched the past 3 years. It’s inevitable at this point.

I think it’s Chiefs fatigue and we’ve already seen this match up recently

Care to elaborate on why, specifically, white guys saying those words bothers you?

I guess that’s why it’s a pick em.

I’m excited for the game, but I actually like football and these are probably the two best teams in the league.

The rest of you whiny pussies will still watch, but go ahead and get all of your lies about how you won’t out now

The Chiefs have literally been gifted the last two games to get into the Super Bowl.

People are just sick of it.

Yes. It’s just your circle.

This board isn’t a barometer for anything NFL related.

What will your explanation be when it’s the most watched Super Bowl ever? Rigged? lol…
