Someone give me a 10 minute cardio routine with weights to start incorporating after my workouts. Preferably something with a landmine, barbell, or dumbbells. I haven't been able to use my sled in the winter since there's too much snow on the ground and I've noticed my cardio is tanking. No running because it's cold af

Look into kettlebell complexes. They’re basically exactly what you’re looking for but not boring like burpees.

Barbell thrusters. As many sets of 5 as you can fit in 10 minutes with 95lbs.

Just leave all your weights all over the floor and then re-rack everything at the end. Just call it the re-rack ruck and cardio problem solved.

Any variation of the Bear Complex with a light weight.
Figure out the reps/sets as you go.

Do a barbell complex

Use light weight 6 reps of each continuously no rest

-High pulls
-Muscle snatch
-Squat to press
-Bent over rows

Another variation is 3x3 of each cycling through with no rest. Will obviously obliterate your shoulders

Really you could just choose one of the many Crossfit metcons. Fran, Emily, Helen, Elizabeth, etc.

Dumbell man-makers. Your soul will leave your body well before the 10 minute mark. Cheers

The AMRAPs mentioned already are great. I would add 10-15 "Touchdowns" and "Plank Jacks", whether on your hands or elbows.

I know you said weights, but I really recommend looking into a weighted jump rope. Personally I am a fan of the Crossrope sets.

My running, footwork, balance, and overall cardio has benefitted tremendously from intense jump rope sessions with their ropes, of which I have the 1/4 lb.,1/2, 3/4 and 1 lb ropes.
