8:56 minutes total sleep
:52 deep
1:43 REM
6:21 light
:14 awake

Average respiration of 12, lowest of 9
Resting heart rate 39 bpm

Get your sleep right baws, it’s the most important thing we do

Good for you. Sort of the same on my end.

It’s amazing to me how many white adult American’s need anti depressants to make it through their lazy day and other drugs to sleep at night when the solution is very simple.

If I get a solid 6 hours of sleep, then I am satisfied.

We got your outfit of the day thread and now your sleep score last night. Looking forward to hearing the breakdown of your dinner and it's ingredients.

Most people that say this watch 2 hours of tv before they go to bed. I’m usually about 7.5 hours, but like I said, I was tired and went to bed early

Rice, spinach, ground deer meat with taco seasoning and poblano salsa. The same thing as most nights

Prioritizing my sleep has made a huge difference in how I feel during the day.

Resting heart rate of 55.

I usually sleep better than that on Tuesdays since leg days can get intense. I'd biked around 10 miles when I got home from work and walked 2 miles in the morning before work. I'm usually asleep by 745 and up at 345

I’m sure you’re so important at your job. It may take 2-3 days to replace you max if something happened. The company wouldn’t miss a beat. Take care of yourself.

I had spent the majority of the previous 72 hours on airplanes for work stuff with only about 12 hours of sleep combined until last night. I fell asleep fast and I slept hard. If I could sleep every night the way I slept last night, my life would be different.

I went to bed, banged your wife, slept for about three hours, woke up and banged your wife again, slept for four hours then woke up and banged your sister.
