Pyrat XO Rum been mine for awhile - buttery, mixes good.
Normally have a Diplomatico Exclusiva or Plantation OFTD.

These have been my go to's.

I love doing a rum old fashioned with a 50/50 mix of Plantation OFTD and Plantation pineapple.

Kirk and Sweeney Gran Reserva or whatever they call the 18 year aged now.

Reserva is pretty good too.

I've been tearing up Oxbow, local Louisiana rum. Sugarcane is grown next to False River

I typically only use rum for mixing, so pretty much whatever is laying around.

Never really tried rum as a rocks or neat beverage other than when touring rum distilleries in the caribbean, so I don't even know that I've ever had good rum.

My great aunt was from the DR, so we drink Brugal. I haven't really tried many others.

Rum offers such a wide variety that it’s hard to choose a favorite. For example, I have several favorite styles of molasses-based rums across different categories. And that doesn’t even include cane juice rums, like Clairins, Cachaça, or Agricoles.

Pot Still Unaged Rum: Rum Fire
Column Still Lightly Aged Rum: Flor de Caña 4
Pot Still Lightly Aged Rum: Smith & Cross
Black Blended Rum: Planteray O.F.T.D.
Blended Aged Rum: El Dorado 12
