Whatcha mean?

College records or stats?
Rookie records or stats?
Penis size?

The question could go multiple ways?

One has 69 starts, the other has 18. Where was this energy with CJ Stroud last year? Who is now a bum according to this board?

What each did with the talent around him at LSU and now in the pros.

Definitely a case to be made that JD5 has outclassed Burrow if all variables are adjusted for, but not sure if he gets a fair shake.

“Has outclassed”

Explain

I think they are pretty even tbh

Burrow got the Natty and Jayden got 1st year NFL playoff success.

Too early to tell. Daniels has had a better rookie year and Burrow has had some injury problems in the league. This is probably a discussion worth having 3 years from now. Burrow is at worst a top 5 QB in the NFL. Daniels is at worst top 8 which is impressive for a rookie. Love both but like Daniels a little more since he didn't get the vindication in college.

Not to highjack the thread (too late), but this one cracks me up. In his second year and he gets a new RB and new WR1. His top 3 WRs all miss significant time with Diggs and Dell out for the year.
Their running game fell off the map and their line is one of the worst three in the league. Laramie Tunsil has FIFTEEN pre-snap penalties. The next closest player had ten. He also lead the league in total penalties. For all players.

Stroud isn't the same QB he was his rookie season, but even struggling this year, he got them a playoff win and played well in that game.

Nobody does "prisoner of the moment" quite like LSU fans.

Same, mostly bc he is forgotten by Burrow boys.

As far as pros..

JD5 has the more impressive rookie season, even if Burrow didn't get injured JD5 smoked him

Burrow however went to the superbowl in his 2nd season and then an AFC championship in his 3rd and has had MVP caliber seasons since then.

Only time will tell but Burrow is the better pro right now and is a consesus top 3-4 QB in the league.

As far as college

Burrow had the best season in college history for a QB so...

Jayden had a more impressive rookie year. That being said, he's taking a lot of hits when running the ball, and even Lamar with the horseshoe up his arse has missed serious time.

Burrow is the better passer of the two, and assuming he can stay healthy (huge if for him as well), his game should translate longer.

I prefer pocket passers so naturally I'm going to lean towards Burrow, but I'd be remise if I didn't note that Jayden smiling and just playing ball out there is so refreshing to watch.

As good as JD5 was this year, Burrow was better. And since we love hyperboles here, it wasn't even close.

Would you like to do an apples to apples comparison of each rookie year?
