Two hand touch once the QB breaks the pocket on a scramble. Saves him from mistakenly getting tapped by a defender when sliding and he can play flag football and run all he wants at that point. Any actual defensive hit would be a penalty. Saves the defense from BS calls.

Designed run plays where the OLine gets up the field, he is open market like any other back.

Two hands seems kinda forceful. Let’s just go 3 Mississippi and 1 hand touch

How about stopping the pussy footing around and go back to 1970's brand of football?

I think we should have one of the player's dad be all-time QB for both teams.

I say we just treat the quarterback like another football player and let the game figure itself out

Two hand touching would be a stepping into yesterday year when violence was actually encouraged. Now a days we are doing milk and cookies.

How about idiot owners quit overpaying for QBs so that they feel compelled to frick with the rules in order to protect their investment? Then go back to the rules of the 70s/80s.

Make
Football
Violent
Again

How about instead of making the rules conform to the qb, make the qb conform to the rules? Don’t think they’ll be as eager to fake slide/fake go out of bounds knowing they can be leveled.

Should allow the defender to kick the back foot and trip them

Rule should be no slides if a defender is within three yards. Too many of these QBs slow up like they will slide, then keep running.

Here's my proposal.

When a QB decides to tuck the ball and run his arse is subject to the same punishment that any other player running the football is subject to.
