From this post, what looks to be the earlier photo of the truck (because it's not surrounded by police) doesn't have ANYTHING rising from the back of the truck. Think we'll ever get an explanation about that???

The white character on the bottom of the rolled up flag def can fit as the one of the symbols on the isis flag. Same shape and style. But it appears upside down
