Didn’t see one and it’s a couple of days late. My son gave me this cutting board made by a guy out of Vinton, LA. Almost too pretty to use! :)

you’re going to love that end grain board, it chops like a dream. Got mine as a wedding present in 1995 it hasn’t left the counter since except to move

I got a Le Creuset dutch oven, a couple of pieces of Kent Follette pottery (bread pot and egg cooker), and am hoping that USPS didn't lose the spoons I ordered from Spoons Galore and More in New Iberia.

My wife got me a mini-fridge with a humidity controller for dry aging beef. Can’t wait to try one.

One of my gifts was a enameled cast iron dutch oven (LSU colors). To be honest, not sure what to think of it.

Got an immersion blender and a vacuum sealer. Have already used both of them and love it. Don’t know why I waited so long to get them.

Nice looking board! We love our end cut board.

I got a Thermoworks RFX Meat probe thermometer starter kit. I will be giving it a test run this week.

Got a dehydrator.

No idea what I’m going to use it for yet, but I think it’ll be a fun appliance.

A local guy who I got to know pretty well and does work in the neighborhood gifted me an end grain cutting board a while back and I love it. It was his way of thanking me for letting him use some of my shop tools and knowing if he needed a tool he didn't have and I did, he was welcome to use it.

My wife gave me a meat slicer to replace one that burned up a few years ago. It's noting real fancy or of industrial strength, but should suffice. I often buy whole Chisesi hams and this will make slicing it easier than doing it with my knife.

I also make my own beef jerky and am good at cutting it in 1/4" thick slices with my knife, but this will make it easier for sure. We do cook beef roasts and slicing it thin for roast beef poboys has just gotten easier.

I've been shopping for one of those but haven't pulled the trigger yet.

I got a luxury unitasker, but it produced incredible Belgian waffles for our large Christmas breakfast. Even the first batch right out of the box came out perfectly.

A ricer and a fat separator. Super simple, cheap items which I've just never purchased. First batch of mashed potatoes via the ricer turned out fantastic. Haven't used the separator yet.
