Gross incompetence is the only explanation.
Those passengers will receive no compensation of any kind for this bullshite, but will all contribute to bailing out this airline again within the next 5-10 years.

Flew American once a few years ago. Didn't have any issues but I still prefer Delta or Southwest

I've been browsing this on the travel board christmas thread, i thought I saw something weird going on this morning when nothing was leaving DFW. Originally thought it might be from the thunderstorms, but saw Delta and Spirit flights leaving on time.
Poor S is going to get stuck somewhere today, was supposed to go through DFW today
If anyone needs rebooking help, let me know and I can try and do my best. Problem is it's not worth rebooking until AA gets their issues figured out this morning
