The third best big 10 team is having their way with the third best SEC team

Therefore, the 3 loss SEC teams didn’t belong any more than the other scrubs who got blasted today

At this point I’m pretty sure Boise State can win the whole thing

The third best B10 team played SMU. They should’ve played Bama.

The schedule worked out nicely for UT in only playing 2 good SEC teams. They went 1-1 against Bama and UGA. Their remaining SEC opponents were

Arkansas, MS State, Kentucky, Florida (before Lagway), Oklahoma, and Vandy.

They didn’t play aTm, Texas, LSU, Ole Miss, South Carolina, or Missouri.

Basically, the only shite team they didn’t play was Auburn. These 16 team conferences are really showing how favorable a draw can be for certain teams and how disadvantageous they can be for others.

So they beat Bama and the teams who beat Bama

And two of the teams who beat OM

And now they’re getting tea bagged

So no one below them belongs

Kentucky beat Olemiss who is clearly the best team in the country

Vanderbilt beat Alabama who is also clearly the best team in the country

Oklahoma beat Alabama

Seems like they played THE HARDEST schedule

Clearly it is

This board has been campaigning for lesser SEC teams to be included

But this 8/9 matchup looks like the biggest mismatch of the weekend

Of course they didn’t… playoff format should be the 9 conference champions with 3 at-large bids going to the highest ranked conference runner ups… no one not participating in their conference championship game deserves to go

How? They lost to a 7-5 Michigan team at home their last game.

If anything it proves a really good team can lose to an average team and how good a team truly is shown by who the beat.

Who did Indiana beat?
Who did SMU beat?
Who did PSU beat?

Nobodies.

All it does is prove consistency. Who did Ohio st beat that we think is that good other than Penn st? But they played 9 games against teams that were relatively the same and beat them all.

Alabama and Ole Miss couldn’t do that.

They got close to Oregon.

And 7. They beat 7 teams.

I despise Penn State but they would swatted this Bama team today in Happy Valley in this weather.

So they didn’t beat them? Got it.

His whole premise is those teams didn’t beat anybody and your retort was a team that Ohio st….. didn’t beat

It’s the same as the basketball tournament. People will always bitch, including over mediocre teams. So people will cry over Bama or Miami or Ole Miss or South Carolina, even though none of them are championship-worthy.

Bama lost to this mediocre UT team AND lost to trash Vanderbilt AND scored 3 against trash Oklahoma. Ole Miss lost to 3 teams that will finish unranked. Miami had no good wins and losses to GT and Syracuse.

There are six teams that are title contenders: Oregon, UGA, Texas, PSU, ND and Ohio State. Everyone else are pretenders. If people want to waste time over the mediocrity between 9-15 like they waste time over the mediocrity of 64-72 in basketball, they’re free to waste their time doing that.

The same Bama team that completely shat the bed against a 5-6 Oklahoma team? Here’s a hint, Bama just was not very good this year.
