Brian Kelly is not the best motivator

As the title suggests, Bk is known as not being a great motivator. Now, currently on the market is super bowl winning head coach Bill Cowher. I am not suggesting we buy out BK to hire Cowher. (not that that wouldnt be an upgrade) But, possibly BK lets him come in once in the offseason to try and motivate the guys.
Just a suggestion, once he flashes that super bowl ring most of the players would learn to respect him ... Further, if he tells them to respect BK we may not have any sideline altercations like we did at UF this year.

IQ 145….. Reverse engineered the stock market algorithm. When the SPX S&P 500 index drops, stays below and can’t recapture 5,800 soon after, run for the hills. Currently at 6,038 and the algorithm hasn’t failed. Up against the top level of the algorithm that has rejected twice before in its history. That would be the 1929 roaring 20s top that led to the Great Depression and the 2000 DOT COM bubble top that led to two crashes with the DOT COM and the 2008 housing market Ponzi scheme. The corresponding line underneath, once crossed below is the verification of the actual crash. Upper limit just had its 3rd lifetime touch. SPX 5,800 and that’s a wrap.
