Does your classic Disney character still hold any clout?

Does the youth of today (on average) give AF about Mickey, Donald or Goofy? Etc..

Who is carrying the torch within the retro Disney vein?

I don't have much truck with kids these days, so I really don't quite know how they feel about Gyro Gearloose.

Seems like you don’t know what the hot dog dance is.

I can't find any of this content. I used to love the Goofy shorts. Goofy takes the family to the beach, Goofy goes to work, etc. Donald fighting the chipmumks was also great.

Peak Disney was back in the day when the series "The Wonderful World of Color" aired every Sunday night at 6:00.

My three year old likes Mickey and Donald a decent amount but he fricking LOVES Goofy. He calls Mickey's Christmas Carol the Goofy ghost movie.

You must not have kids.

Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Mickey Mouse mix it up, and several others are really popular with toddlers/kids

Mickey was always a schmuck. Donald and Goofey were pretty entertaining. I was always a bigger fan of the Looney Tunes characters.

As for kids today, I have no idea.

They have these parks all over the world where people pay $150 per person per day to see those characters. And the gift shops are packed elbow to arse. When a new popcorn bucket is announced, people go full-retard and line up for hours to get it.

So yeah, they hold up. The new cartoons are pretty funny for kids.

Goofy for the win.
