The commissioner, Edmund J. Gorman Jr., concluded in a decision filed on Saturday that the father and son, who is the head of Fox News and News Corp., had acted in “bad faith” in their effort to amend the irrevocable trust, which divides control of the company equally among Mr. Murdoch’s four oldest children — Lachlan, James, Elisabeth and Prudence — after his death.

We have a revocable trust. Certainly not in the Murdoch orbit but why in the hell would you ever do an irrevocable trust? Surely there are reasons but damn!

I m sure the original intention was to take care of all his kids. Learning more about them after the trust was established was a hard thing to accept and tried to correct it. Blame the leftists kids not so much for Rupert as he’s old
