LSU played Texas Tech and beat them 56-27. Tech had some guy named Patrick Mahomes at quarterback.

Remember what we did to Baron Jackson?

So I forgot Lamar’s first name. Doesn’t diminish the beat down we put on Louisville that year. Man I miss the defenses of the past. LINK

I did not think watching that game he'd turn into what he has. Was definitely talented n could sling it but i thought he'd have more of a Jay Cutler, Jake Plummer type carrier.

Was there and had a blast. My buddy from tech couldn't beleive how fast our defense was flying around and how we were possibly in that bowl. Their wr was legit too that yr. Mahomes ran for his life every play

Great bowl game for Tiger fans in Houston. I hope to see this score again vs Baylor.

All I remember about that game was thinking our defense is pretty good, but this dude is still getting his numbers. Thankfully their D was hot garbage.

Our defense practically shut Mahomes down. He came in with all the hype and our defense was to much. And Leanord had a career day on offense.
