He was hurt, his oc was horrible, and that bad oc had one of the worst ol groups I've seen at lsu in 30 years of watching. A pure running qb is the only answer for the oline/ oc combo we had last yr.

Kelly should have sat him for 4 weeks. Nuss wanted to play and there's blame there, but that's typical with kids wanting to play through injuries.
More han solo pulling tail, and a bad arse at what he does
Still have 3rd yr brown from scar, 4th yr carpenter, 3rd yr cobbins, true fr Henderson. Need to not see more injuries here though.

Curious if Geralds could pop out to de some snaps.

Is reliford on a timeline to be back playing in November?

Can't speak to where he's running depth wise in scrimmages, but berry was the #1 rb coming out of hs, ane Jones was a top 10 rb as well.. so if hes running 2nd/3rd i dont think it's a shock. If hes behind gage id find that hard to beleive.. but who knows. We are going to be much better at the rb position as a group then we have been in a while.

Thank you both. What was the earliest anyone has seen those fill up on big games? Heading to clemson with my young son, so don't want to push it not getting a spot. Louies and chimes is an easy late brunch, lunch before all the gameday stuff.. and thats right by there.
Looking for a parking pass to any lot in the 100's, 200's, 300's, and 400's up to 403.

Needing to get to i-10 easily and head west.

Any advice welcome as well. Thanks

Best gameday parking lots/ spots

What are some good recs for paid lots or cash / free parking areas if I'm trying to get back to i-10, and head west after games.
Alley Broussard

Wish jacob cutreta knew how to fill run gap holes... see arky game
The offense and offensive line especially is a complete rebuild. Thats a huge question mark. We brought in a ton of talent, but how they all fit and run the offense is a guess. Offense and oline cant be worse, but we'll see how many more wins that means.

Defense is replacing 2 of the better cb, s pieces we've had, and we saw UH torch pickett and woodland all game. Whit needs to stay healthy. Will be tough for defense to be as good as last yr. Ton of GREAT talent brought in, but how they learn the defense and play together is a guess.

I think we're going to be in every game for sure.

If you go by position groups I think its positive overall.

Qb- better
Rb- better
Wr- idle
Te- better
Oline- cant be worse, better.

Dline- idle or better
Lb- idle or better
Cb- idle or worse (delane was a freak)
S- idle or worse (haulcey was a freak).

Besides the UH game where 2 LA wrs for houston looked like dogs, he was about as good as any freshman we've seen there. Thats saying something with pp7, tm7, and greedy (rs fr I think). He was left on an island from day 1 too. Stingley maybe the only one who had a better fr campaign.

Expect him to be a Thorpe finalist

Thankfully an NFL lt, NFL guard from Maryland, 3+ yr starter at center are the base for the line.

re: Albert Simien News

Sadly they are all getting paid $$$, and their war chest doesn't have limits on it, compared to other schools. Elko runs an elite defense and his system is setup for success. Jimbo was a shitshow. This isnt good that atm is having this level of talent success. Hes a great fit coach wise, and that elite defense scheme and talent is gonna be a problem for a long time of he keeps having success.

Their 3 yr trend in sec is 4,5,7 wins, and they have the #1 class, 12 top 100 kids commited, and lead for simien. I dont see them falling off, if anything hes securing them as a long term issue on par with any elite team / program we play.

Kelly said he was in every offensive game plan meeting, helped strategize on scripted start to each half, and often made sideline checks in and out of plays. Kellys offense at notre dame was similar. We just didnt have the blocking tes, or elite oline group to run offense he wanted. Its on Kelly. Similar to when we had to play perkins at nickel db due to cbs injuries in years prior. The dc didnt want to do that, but your limited with your personnel sometimes.

J daniels being a video game + 2 all pro receivers will make any oc/ hc look great, so the offensive issues got hidden in his early years as hc.
Honestly no. He bet on the sport hes playjng, and his team. Both for and against them ha. Its pretty clear cut. Id just say qb battle with usc kid and d-2, kid. And that sorsby is an idiot for doing it. Sucks the ncaa has no power anynore, their afraid of litigation and losing anyways. Went from too much power and picking and choosing who they enforce it on, to not having any authority anymore
Sort of wish we'd just play the roster guys here. Got our 2 senior starters. Scar transfer and shanklin, carpenter and cobbins, and lamar brown and Henderson 2 5 stars. Thats 8 de's
What did mason Smith do to get drafted 48th overall. Athletic talent + potential

re: Haven question ..

Posted by tgdk11 on 4/28/26 at 8:13 am to
We have longstreet as a rs fr and landen clark as. Soph. Our commit will be qb3.. longstreet was a 5 star ranked right there with haven in his own class. You then need to look at fits in lanes offense, which the 2 on the roster next yr + our elite commit are probably better fits. Haven was never considering lsu on top of that. Move on
